TAI SoHo

Tri-Lox provided a full scope of services for this jewelry brand’s debut New York City store–from specifications and shop drawings, to display fixtures and flooring. The store was designed with several zones: an elegant showroom, a private area for VIP and wholesale clients, and administrative offices, all executed with TAI’s luxurious minimalism.

Project Development

LINKING THE CHAIN

To help TAI and interiors firm Carter Design transform design inspiration into reality, we developed materials and finishes that expressed their vision for the project.

Our location in New York City let us easily collaborate with vendors and contractors for this Los Angeles-based client and design team. Extensive industry experience enabled us to identify efficient solutions and meet design goals within project budgets and timelines.

Design + Fabrication

A MODERNIST JEWELBOX

Partnering with Carter Design, we produced a refined retail space centered around the jewelry. We designed minimalist wall fixtures, lighted shelves, and glass-topped vitrines with integrated storage that showcase TAI’s products—without showing them up.

We fabricated these bespoke display fixtures out of wood, brass, and marble with a fastidiousness that befits the jewelry housed within.

WHITER SHADE OF PALE

Heritage White Oak – White Wash
This modern finish mutes the grain figure, knots, and character marks exhibited by reclaimed Oak, giving TAI’s solid wood floors a softer, more even tone.

Final Project

MORE THAN A STORE

Our comprehensive approach to design means we are involved with a project from concept to implementation. This allows our clients to achieve their design goals with much greater impact and efficiency than when working with multiple specialists.

For TAI, the result is a SoHo boutique that offers more than a store–it acts as a multi-functional environment custom-designed around their products, and an experiential extension of their brand.
